Every morning  I had  a smoothie in consisted of an apple,banana and an avocado .Chop the lot and add some water and blend into a liquid and drink. This kept hunger at bay till 11a.m. when I would munch  2 rivita biscuits. Have a healthy lunch with lots of salad and cut down on carbohydrates.As soon as you feel full stop eating and drink lots of water.Have your dinner very early best before 7.00p.m. and drink a glass of milk later if you like.There is no magic formula. All you need to do is burn more calories than you eat and it will all go if you are patient. Oh ,I gave up booze and it worked.
